Regular Policy
Standard cancellation terms
60 days or more before departure
Full refund: 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
30 to 59 days before departure
Partial refund: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
29 days or less before departure
No refund: cancellations within this period are non-refundable.
Flexible Policy
More generous cancellation terms
30 days or more before departure
Full refund: 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
16 to 29 days before departure
Partial refund: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
15 days or less before departure
No refund: cancellations within this period are non-refundable.
Free Cancellation Policy
Maximum flexibility: cancel anytime
Cancel anytime before departure
Full refund: 100% of the amount paid will be returned, no questions asked. This policy gives you complete peace of mind when booking.
Important Information
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
- If Wildtor or the operator cancels the expedition, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a price difference.
- Each trips indicates which policy (Regular, Flexible, or Free Cancellation) applies to that specific expedition.
- If an expedition is cancelled by the operator, you will receive a full refund regardless of the timeline.
- To change your booking dates or group size, message the operator through the messaging system.
- Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings.
